Turning it on (owner)
- On the till: Dashboard › Turn on the online dashboard. A one-time code appears (valid for 15 minutes).
- On your phone, open app.lepos.ma, enter the code, your email address and a password.
- Set up two-step verification (QR code in your authenticator app).
What you find there
The overview (today, 7 days, 30 days), then a menu in groups: Sales (receipts, reports, best-selling products, customers and credit), Catalogue (prices and products, promotions, per-shop prices: a change reaches the tills at the next sync), Stock (purchasing, transfers) and Management (tills and their last sync, team, exports, log). Everyone sees only the pages for their role. On a phone, the most-used pages are at the bottom of the screen and Menu opens the rest. A new account also finds Getting started: install the till, add your products, invite your team.
Good to know
The dashboard shows what the tills have already sent. An offline till only shows up after it reconnects: check the last sync in Tills before comparing figures.
Lost access
Lost your phone or forgot your password? On the till, Dashboard › Lost access to the online dashboard?, enter the account's email address, then use the code on the dashboard's “Lost access?” page. Older sign-ins are closed.
